Pasta Carbonara

"You may ask WHY: WHY would I want to cook pasta carbonara using Ramen noodles instead of classic pasta? But wait! Just try out this recipe and you will be amazed, how delicious Ramen Carbonara is! In a bowl, add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and pepper. Whisk well. Cut 2 strips of bacon, and fry it. Cook ramen in hot water (al dente). Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the bacon, and stir it. Then add there a small amount of water the ramen was cooked in. Add the ramen (do your best to poor onto the noodles, not the pan!) and stear. Next, add the egg mixture, stir a little, and immediately remove the pan from heat. Then stir one more time. Top with some additional parmesan."

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Ground pepper
  • 2 slice Sliced bacon
  • 1 packet Instant Ramen Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil, extra virgin
  1. In a bowl, add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and pepper. Whisk well.

  2. Cut 2 strips of bacon, and fry it
