Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Egg Noodles
  • 2 pound Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoon All purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Small Onion diced
  • 10 ounce Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook egg noodles to package instructions. Drain and set aside. While the egg noodles are cooking, prepare the remainder of the recipe.

  2. Filet two chicken breasts into four breasts 1/4-1/2 inch in thickness depending on the size.
