Microwave Fudge
Ingredients
- 9 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- nuts (optional)
Instructions
Melt together chocolate and butter in microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high. When melted, add sugar, eggs, vannilla and nuts. Mix well, pour into buttered pan and refrigerate until firm.
