Chocolate Pudding (700 Watts)
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising. flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbs butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 1/2 Tbs cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
Instructions
Combine the first six ingredients in a deep, round casserole dish and mix well. Stir in the sultanas and smooth the top of the mixture. Combine the remaining ingredients in a jug and carefully pour over the pudding mixture. Cook, elevated and uncovered on HIGH for 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before serving.
