Guacamole Rancho de Chimayo Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe, medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion or chives, fresh
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Peel and mash avocados. Next, add all ingredients. Cover the dip with plastic wrap until serving time. This will help keep the dip from turning funny colors. If the dip hasn't been eaten all, recover it with plastic until later use.
