Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 large California avacadoes, halved and pitted
  • 1 Tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1/2 medium-sized red onion, diced
  • 1/2 medium-sized tomato, diced
  • 1 Tsp ground paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Scoop avacado out of shell and into large bowl. Mash with potato masher until relatively smooth (but leave some lumps). Add and blend well the lemon/lime juice. Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Blend well into avacado. Sprinkle a good amount of paprika, and blend. Next add a small amount of salt and pepper. Taste and add more depending on what you think it needs. Blend again and store in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
