Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast tenders, cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablspoon milk
  • dash pepper
  • 4 i-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup grated Cheddar
  • salsa

Instructions

Combine eggs, milk and pepper in small bowl. Heat tortillas and keep warm. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, saute 3 minutes or until cooked through. Pour egg mixture into skillet with chicken. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Spoon egg mixture into warm torilla. Top with cheese, salsa and any other extras as you desire. Roll up tortilla and serve.
