An easy pork recipe that you can prepare ahead of time and serve with a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. You can infuse European flavors such as rosemary, oregano, and sage in this dish. They balance out the tanginess and acidity of the grapefruit in the teriyaki sauce. Star anise, cardamom pods, and even a good heap of ground coriander will add an exciting flavor to the teriyaki sauce "
