"Sheet pan dinners are all the rage right now, and rightly so. You throw your favorite items on a cookie sheet, roast with abandon, and pull it out of the oven, all ready to be eaten. It’s like having dinner fairies, except YOU are the fairy! Nothing wrong with that. One day, I decided to think up a sheet pan dinner that would be epic. Easy and epic. With bratwurst in the fridge, and lots of peppers, it dawned on me: Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner."
