Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup dry Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  1. To prepare the meatballs, crumble the beef and gently combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, onion, chives, salt, and pepper.

  2. Use an ice cream scooper to form 2 inch meatballs and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Tip: Dip scooper into a cup of clean water in between use.

  3. Bake 400 F for 15 minutes.
