Meatballs in Gravy

Meatballs in Gravy

"Start by making the meatballs and baking them in the oven. The recipe calls for a slice of bread soaked in milk, do not substitute this with breadcrumbs, you will end up with dry meatballs. When making the gravy, don’t worry if it looks too thin at the beginning, you will cook the carrots and potatoes in it, so the starch from the potatoes will thicken the gravy (not to mention add tons of flavour) . Serve these meatballs with bread to soak up that delicious and rich gravy."
