Ingredients

  • 1 package Miracle noodle
  • 3 1/2 ounce lean steak
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 cup liquid aminos
  • 3 cup broth
  • 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce, optional
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together liquid aminos, broth, rice vinegar, ginger, hot sauce and 1/2 cup water; set aside.

  2. Next, heat a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until desired level of doneness has been achieved.

  3. Stir in broccoli and liquid aminos mixture until broccoli is tender and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Finally, add prepared miracle rice. Serve immediately & enjoy.
