Pinwheel Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
My mother just gave me this recipe yesterday. She uses it for pinwheels (I'm not sure what cut of meat it is, but it's a long strip of beef wrapped around itself and then put on a skewer). This is rather sweet. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
