1 Cup Chopped Onion
Ingredients
- In saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender but not
- brown. Stir in catsup, lemon juice, sugar Worcestershire, mustard
- and Tabasco. Simmer uncovered 5 mins stiring once or twice.
Instructions
1 clove garlic. 2 tablespoons cooking oil. 3/4 cup catsup. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 3 ts sugar. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard. Tabasco to taste. Salt. Use as a marinade and/or a baste.
