Mallow Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, water, and egg whites. Cook over simmering water, beating until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow creme; beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla. * Frosts 2-layer or 13 x 9-inch cake
