Cream Cheese and Chocolate Chip Cupcake Filling
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 ounce chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy, add egg and mix untill incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.. Fill cup cake pan about 1/3 full. Add the about a tablespoon of the filling and add more cup cake batter. Bake the amount time you usually bake cup cakes.
