Sous Vide Egg Bites

By: Mark Harris for Frieling
Sous Vide Egg Bites

The delicious egg bites are the perfect low carb breakfast. Made sous vide style, these eggs can even be adjusted to your preference. If you enjoy a firmer egg bite, simply add a bit more cottage cheese. For creamier eggs, increase the cream. To make the perfect egg bites, be sure to not start heating your sous vide up too early. The water shouldn’t be too hot before you put the glass jars in. These egg bites will last a week in the refrigerator and are a perfect grab and go breakfast.
