Taegu (seasoned Codfish)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 package taegu fish (codfish), (4 oz.)
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

Shred codfish into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together, place in a jar, and let stand for a day before eating.
