Tasty Barbecue Sausage Delights

All you pork lovers out there, rejoice! Bacon-wrapped sausage will have you thinking you've gone to heaven.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound sausages
  • prepared mustard
  • 8 ounce cheese, cut into fingers
  • 1 pound bacon rashers
  • tomato sauce
  • bread rolls

Instructions

  1. Lightly cook sausages.
     
  2. Cool.
     
  3. Split lengthwise without cutting completely through.
     
  4. Spread the cut surface with mustard.
     
  5. Place a finger if cheese in each sausage.
     
  6. Wrap a rasher (slice) of bacon around each sausage and secure with toothpicks.
     
  7. Grill or barbecue till bacon is browned and sausages have heated through.
     
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce and toasted bread rolls.
