Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (or your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Mix sausage with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Cut off the stem end of peppers. Core out the seeds and membrane. Poke a hole in the end. Fill to about 2/3 because the stuffing will expand. Stuff and cook low and slow until the peppers turn all wrinkly.
