Herbed Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 8 sweet ears of corn

Instructions

Mix all of the stuff except the corn into the melted butter. Skin back the shucks from the corn, remove the silk and spread the mixture over the kernels. Replace the shucks and wrap in foil. Grill over charcoal or bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, turning every so often. Skin and eat.
