Grilled Shrimp "chesapeake Bay Style"

Ingredients

  • Take a pound of shrimp and peel them leaving the small ends of the
  • tail shells on. Devein them.

Instructions

Melt a half stick of butter and add a generous tablespoon of "Old Bay" spice for crabs and shrimp. Mix well. Put a seafood grill plate on the grill (one of those things with all the holes in it to keep food from falling thru) over a hot direct fire (coals right below spread out). Place the shrimp on and baste them with the butter spice mix. Grill until they are pink on one side and turn. Grill until that side turns pink. Dont overcook.
