"Grilling peaches is so simple and it really brings out the best flavor of the south's favorite fruit. Freestone type peaches are the best to use so when they're in season in your area is the time to make grilled peaches! They are wonderful straight off the grill, but if you want to really turn them into a show stopping dessert add ice cream and a sprinkle of toasted pecans.
