Ingredients

  • 1 pound very lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the onion into the meat, juice and all.
     
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix gently. Refrigerate overnight.
     
  3. Form into patties and grill. If you don't overcook, these are very juicy, tasty and hold together.
