Bbq Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1-5 lbs. lg. peeled shrimp
  • 2 teaspoon favorite spicy brown mustard
  • 3 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 4 large and juicy oranges
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

Wash and peel shrimp; set aside. Mix mustard, garlic, Tabasco in juices from oranges and lemon in a large bowl. Bring everything outside. Skewer those shrimp. Start gas grill. Ready? Place skewered shrimp (approximately 10 to 12) over bowl and thoroughly baste both sides. BBQ each side 3 to 4 minutes. Fantastic! Yield: plenty.
