Ingredients

  • 600 gram / 18 oz pork
  • 400 gram / 12 oz ground beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • sweet paprika powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gram / 3 oz flour
  • 200 gram / 6 oz fresh fat bacon from the back

Instructions

Grind the pork finely and mix it very well with the ground beef. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Mix salt and spices to taste, eggs, flour and bacon into the meat mixture. Preheat an oven to 180C / 355 F. Rub a loaf form with fat and dust it with flour. Put in the meat mixture and smooth it. Bake about 75 min.
