Erddpfelkdse
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 200 milliliter sour cream
- 2 onions
- salt, pepper
Instructions
Potato Spread. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into 1" sized cubes and steam them until soft. Put them into a large bowl and smash them. Add the finely chopped onions and enough sour cream to make a nice spread. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
