Bratwurst Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bratwurst, sliced
  • 2 onion, sliced
  • 1 cabbage, diced
  • 3 apple, sliced cooking
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 cup beer or water

Instructions

Heat oil in biggest pot. Saute onion, cabbage and caraway until wilted. Add apples, sausage, and enough water or beer to moisten. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender.
