Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 pint half and half .
  • whole milk
  • crushed ice
  • rock salt

Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar together at least three (3) minutes. Add vanilla and half and half Pour into freezer container. Add whole milk to make mixture come to fill line of freezer. Pack with crushed ice and rock salt. You must use plenty of salt. Crank until it is too hard to turn any longer. Let rest for ten minutes or so.
