Aquavit and Pepper Sorbet

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Aquavit
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose pepper, finely crushed
Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients, set aside to cool completely.
- Run in an ice-cream maker for five minutes.
