Tuna Steak with Orange and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoon orange zest
  • Juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • 2 teaspoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper. Marinate tuna for 1 hour.

2. Grill for 4 minutes per side, or if grill is hot 3 minutes per side. Brush marinade on steaks while grilling.

3. When done sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
