"This Spanish seafood tapas platter, known as Fritura de Pescado, is probably the most legendary seafood tapas dish that hails from Spain. It´s packed with some serious seafood goodness, easy to make and all done in just 30 minutes. Serve it next to a crunchy baguette and a couple cold beers for the ultimate Spanish treat. To make this dish, I used a combination of cod, squid and shrimp, that I bought frozen and thawed out. However, you can use whatever type of seafood you like. Either way, make sure to pat all the seafood completely dry with paper towels to remove any excess water."
