Steamed Salmon in Mustard Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3/4 kilos salmon, bones removed
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp mustard paste
  • 5 medium chillis

Instructions

Slit chillies longitudinally. Add all ingredients. Steam for about half an hour on medium heat until fish is soft and cooked. To serve, take fish in a bowl, invert it on a plate, and surround with hot and steamed rice.
