  • 1 small jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and stemmed
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (3 or 4 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon zest from one lime
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pound large shrimp - peeled, deveined, rinsed
