Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grilling Shrimp
  • 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Yellow Squash
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  1. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for one hour.

  2. Preheat grill to 400 F.

  3. Rinse and pat shrimp dry. Place shrimp in a large bowl.
