Salmon Patties (family Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained and de-boned
  • 1 egg
  • saltine crackers

Instructions

Combine salmon and egg. Crush saltine crackers and add to salmon until you can make patties (like hamburgers) which will hold together. Fry over medium heat in about 1/4 inch of oil until medium brown. Drain. Some people like either ketchup or mustard with them. I like them plain.
