  • 1 pound Lobster Tail
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  1. Brush grill grates with a small amount of vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray. Preheat grill on high.

  2. Use kitchen shears to cut down the center of the lobster shell, cutting all the way to the tail (but not through the tail). Turn lobster over and press along the underside with your thumbs to crack the underbelly shell.
