"Old fashioned southern style fried oysters are a favorite of any oyster lover. This recipe is simple, using only a few ingredients, but has all of the tips you need to make sure your oysters come out perfectly every single time. Fried oysters can be served as an appetizer, a main dish, as part of a seafood platter, or on a po' boy sandwich. Sauces that highlight the flavor include cocktail sauce, tartar sauce and remoulade."
