Corn Meal Catfish Fillets
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yellow corn meal
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp.paprika
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Instructions
Combine corn meal, flour, salt and paprika. Dip fish in corn meal mixture to coat. In skillet, heat oil. Fry fish fillets till brown on one side. Turn and fry the other side.
