This is a very interesting method to frying shrimp! I have never eaten at Bonefish Grill, as we don't have one where I live, but this recipe looks awesome. I've used buttermilk when frying chicken before, but never thought to use it on shrimp. Using the dutch oven to fry is ideal, since it is much easier to clean up after as opposed to a deep fryer, and you don't need to use as much oil.
