Bluefish with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c horseradish, grated
  • 1/4 c onion, minced
  • 1/4 c Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 2 pound bluefish fillets

Instructions

Mustard Sauce: mix all ingredients. Broil fillets for about six minutes (just barely flaking). Lightly coat the surface of the fillets with sauce. Place under broiler until sauce is lightly browned.
