"Swedish Meatballs are delicious tender beef meatballs in a hearty rich cream sauce with a hint of allspice and nutmeg. They are the ultimate comfort food meal and are absolutely delicious, served over Amish egg noodles or mashed potatoes. I have been making these for years, and my family loves and devours them every time I serve them. So much better than Ikea meatballs. You can thank me later! If you have never tried Swedish meatballs, you really must. They are indeed a real treat! They are super easy to prepare and can be cooked and on the table in about 30 minutes. Serve them up with rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes with roasted root vegetables, green beans almondine, roasted asparagus, or pickled cucumbers. "
