Ingredients

  • 7 ounce Shrimp
  • 1 package Miracle Noodle
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. In a pan with a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray, begin process by cooking the shallots and shrimp.

  2. Next, stir in the bean sprouts, green onions and pre-prepared noodles.

  3. Stir well & add the lemon juice, tomato paste, chicken broth and salt.

  4. Cook for about 3 more minutes. When done, garnish with more green onions and enjoy hot.
