Lingonberry Jam

By: Helene DSouza from masalaherb.com
Lingonberry Jam

"Lingonberry Jam is made well from the lingonberry plant that produces a tiny red berry. These are very similar to cranberries. They are also known as the mountain cranberry. The lingonberry is good candidate to make jam. Why? Well you clearly can’t eat these raw since they are super sour. You can however make jam with them! Surprisingly, lingonberry jam isn’t as popular as one would think as a breakfast addition. It is widely used in savory dishes, like the all time popular schnitzel."
