Layered Greek Moussaka

"This is one of these recipes that requires a lot of time and love, but the fruits of your labour will be well worth your time and effort. If you enjoy cooking, I know you will love making this recipe. Moussaka is a Greek dish with a few variations. But the main components of this dish are layered vegetables with a layer of meat sauce, topped with a thick and creamy béchamel. Start early on this dish if you plan to serve this to your guests because when I say it is time-consuming, I’m not kidding."
