Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 very ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

Combine everything in the blender, making sure not to go either too light on the ice or too heavy on the milk or else it'll taste kinda funny Blend away at various speeds until the ice is crushed and the "smoothie" develops Note: Use pear, avocado or any other fruit you can think of in the place of the mango. If it's a sweet fruit then you don't need any sugar.
