It is perfect during the Spring and also during the hot summer days! The mint, raspberries, and splash of lime juice make this drink very refreshing!"

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 cup of club soda
  • Stevia Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3 tbsp of tequila ( Don Cuervo Silver)
  1. using a mortar, add the raspberries and lime juice, mash them together until it is all combined.

  2. dd the ice, mint leaves and club soda in the cup.

  3. Using a strainer, proceed to add the content from the mortar into the cup.

  4. add the tequila and 2-3 drops of Stevia Vanilla Extract ( more or less to taste) .

  5. Add 2-3 fresh raspberries to garnish it.
