"A refreshing and light sangria drink is perfect for a gathering or most any occasion. This rosé sangria is very simple and very thirst quenching. Because this is a sparkling rosé, serve it immediately while there bubbles are at their most effervescent. You can use any kind of rosé you like for this recipe. But, we suggest a dry rosé of: *Grenache *Sangiovese *Syrah *Mourvedre Eat it with salty and crunchy snacks and appetizers. ere are a few of our suggestions on what to serve. *Hummus *Fried Oysters *Apple Fennel Salad *Veggie Fritters "

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sparkling rosé wine
  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 8 ounce raspberries
  • 8 ounce green Grapes
  • 8 ounce red grapes
  • 1 Lemon
  • 32 ounce club soda
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine in a pitcher the red grapes, raspberries, elderflower liqueur and rose and chill for one hour.

  2. Pour into wine glasses over ice, topped with club soda and wedges of lemon.

  3. You can add mint as a garnish and serve.
