Ingredients

  • 5 oz frozen watermelon
  • 6 oz frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 oz frozen banana
  • 1 tsp flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Remove the green tops from the strawberry.

  3. Add banana and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender.

  5. Add almond milk and blend until smooth.

  6. Remove and transfer to a glass.

  7. Add flax seeds and serve.
