A tart and sweet shrub syrup perfect for refreshing drinks, cocktails and desserts. Shrub syrups are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit and vegetables using sugar, vinegar, herbs and spices. This recipe also includes tips on how to use up the leftover strained raspberry seeds by making an ice cream with coconut cream."
